These terms apply to every tour package, cab rental and hotel booking made with EasyRoamers ("we", "us") through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. By confirming a booking you agree to them.
1. Quotes and bookings
- Prices shown on the website are indicative "starting from" prices. The final price depends on travel dates, hotel category, vehicle type and group size, and is confirmed in a written quote.
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment and send you a written confirmation.
- Hotel rooms and vehicles are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
2. Payments
- The payment schedule (advance and balance) is mentioned in your quote/confirmation.
- Any balance must be paid before the start of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Cabs
- Fares for outstation trips are based on the kilometres and days mentioned in the quote. Extra kilometres, extra hours and route changes are charged at the quoted rates.
- Toll taxes, state permits and parking are charged as per actuals unless the quote says they are included.
- The driver's working hours and night allowance apply as mentioned in the quote. For safety, driving after late night may be limited.
- Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are not allowed in our vehicles.
4. Hotels
- Standard check-in and check-out times are set by each hotel. Early check-in / late check-out is on request and may be chargeable.
- Hotels may ask for a valid photo ID for every guest at check-in.
5. Changes by the traveller
Changes to dates, routes or services are possible subject to availability and may change the price. Please inform us as early as possible.
6. Changes by us
Itineraries may change because of weather, road conditions, temple or monument closures, festivals, government orders or other reasons beyond our control. We will always try to offer the closest possible alternative.
7. Responsibility
- We act as an organiser for hotels, transport and other third-party services and are not liable for their acts or omissions, but we will always help you resolve any issue.
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, valid ID documents, and for following the rules of temples, monuments and hotels.
- We recommend travel insurance for all trips.
